The Important Details

The following information is for the purpose of informing the parent/guardian of the following activity and/or event that their student desires to partake in, and requesting the parent’s/guardian’s consent and release to the care and supervision of Pastor David Greenidge and volunteers of Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle. Please read this document in its entirety before signing.

From Friday, May 22 to Sunday May 24, 2026, the students of Calvary Pentecostal Church will be travelling via volunteer driven vehicles to Braeside Camp, 110 East River Road, Paris, ON N3L 3E1. Students will be taught lessons based on the Bible inline with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. This weekend is going to be filled with amazing games, great worship and diving into the Word of God with other students your age.

We will be staying over night at a hotel. The drop-off time and location is Calvary at 3:30pm on Friday May 22, 2026 to drive down to Braeside Camp. The pick-up time and location is Calvary at 4:30pm on Sunday May 24, 2026.

There cost for the Overflow Youth Conference is $100.00 before any cost subsidization. Students will have a reserved spot only if and when a registration form is returned to Pastor David. All monies must be handed in on the day of the event May 22nd, 2026. If you are unable to afford this please let Pastor David know and we will ensure that your student(s) can attend. We do not want the cost to prevent anyone from attending.

*If you unable able to pay for the event but still want your student(s) to attend please feel free to contact Pastor David. We do not want the cost be a deterrent to anyone attending.
