Youth Retreat Registration

The Important Details

The following information is for the purpose of informing the parent/guardian of the following activity and/or event that their student desires to partake in, and requesting the parent’s/guardian’s consent and release to the care and supervision of Pastor David Greenidge and volunteers of Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle. Please read this document in its entirety before signing.

From Friday, November 15 to Sunday November 17, 2023, the students of Calvary Pentecostal Church will be travelling via volunteer driven vehicles to Medeba, 1270 Kennisis Lake Rd, West Guilford, ON K0M 2S0. Students will be required to participate in vigorous activities such as ziplining, high ropes, and archery tag. Students will be taught lessons based on the Bible inline with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.

Students are required to be at Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle at 5:00pm on Friday for departure and are to be picked up from Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle no later than 3:00pm on Sunday. Please exercise responsibility and respect the times stated above. We will not be getting dinner on Friday so either have your student(s) eat before we leave or bring some food with them .

The cost for the youth retreat is $225.00 before any cost subsidization. Students will have a reserved spot only if and when a registration form is returned to Pastor David. All monies must be handed in on the day of the event November 15th, 2023. If you are unable to afford this please let Pastor David know and we will ensure that your student(s) can attend. We do not want the cost to prevent anyone from attending.

*If you unable able to pay for the event but still want your student(s) to attend please feel free to contact Pastor David. We do not want the cost be a deterrent to anyone attending.
